APPOINTMENT RULES

Appointment rules

Understanding our appointment rules is key to a smooth and enjoyable experience. Rules are in place for efficient service and optimal customer satisfaction.

**Important Notice for Color, Extensions and Highlight Services**

  • We would like to kindly remind you of a few important guidelines to ensure the best possible results for your upcoming color or highlight service.
  • For any color, extensions and highlight services, your hair must be:
  • Clean, washed the night before or on the day of your appointment.
  • Free of any product residue, including leave-in treatments or oils.
  • Absolutely no oil or buildup on the hair or scalp.
  • Hair must be dry, if additional drying time is necessary, it will incur in a drying fee.

  • We strongly recommend washing your hair with at least **two shampoos**, including a **clarifying shampoo** to remove product buildup that could interfere with color application or, in some cases, lead to **chemical damage**.

  • If these conditions are not met, and we do not have time between pre-scheduled clients for a full wash and blow-dry, we may not be able to proceed with your service. In cases where we do have time available, a full wash and blowout will be added to your service, and an additional charge will apply.
  • However, if these guidelines are not followed and we cannot accommodate extra time for a wash and blowout, your service may be canceled, and a **cancellation fee** will be charged to the credit card on file.
  • We understand that many years ago, it was common belief that hair should be dirty before color services to prevent allergies or scalp irritation. However, this is no longer necessary with today’s modern products.
  • We also offer **additives to prevent allergies or irritation** that can be added to root color upon request. Please note that some color and highlight techniques cannot be successfully performed on dirty or oily hair, as it may compromise the quality and result of your service.
  • We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. By adhering to these policies, we can ensure the best possible outcome for your hair, delivering the high standard of service that you deserve.

Please be punctual for your appointment. We allow a maximum grace period of 10 minutes. If you arrive later than 10 minutes, your appointment will be considered canceled, and a no-show fee will be charged to your credit card.
