Booking Confirmation and Cancellation Policy Overview:
Upon booking an appointment at [Your Salon Name], you will receive a confirmation email that details our cancellation policy. A credit card is required at the time of booking for any appointment with our stylists, nail artists, or lash artists.
Cancellation Requirements:
We ask for your cooperation in managing appointments efficiently by requesting that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 48 hours in advance. This provides us the opportunity to accommodate other clients.
Cancellation and Rescheduling During Business Hours:
- Please note that cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made during business hours: Tuesday to Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM.
- Requests made via phone outside of business hours will not be considered valid. For changes outside these hours, please use our online booking system, which is available 24/7 for your convenience.
Cancellation Fees:
- More Than 48 Hours Notice: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without any charge more than 48 hours in advance.
- Less Than 48 Hours Notice: If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment, a fee of 75% of the scheduled service cost will be charged.
- Same Day Cancellations: Same day cancellations will incur a charge of 75% of the scheduled service price.
- No-Shows or Missed Appointments: If you fail to cancel or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full price for the scheduled service.
Arrival Time:
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to ensure you receive the full benefit of your booked service. Late arrivals may result in a shortened or adjusted service.
Policy Enforcement:
